Tracking information will be provided by WineShipping and their shipping Partners. This will come in email form when the package has been picked up by the shipping partner. If you do not receive the information please call us to forward that information on. You can also log into your account to see tracking information once it has been physically shipped by WineShipping.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process. These charges represent the direct costs to us from www.wineshipping.com unless we are absorbing the cost difference to provide a cost break.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package and it can not be left in a secure location with an adult signature, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders required an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.
